Letter of Demand - Final Letter - Intention to Commence Legal Proceeding
This letter of demand should only be used if the initial letter of demand fails and the party is unwilling to comply with the notice within the given time-frame.
Its a final notice which should be used before you decide to take further legal action in court. The letter of demand and the notice can be used in court to prove that the documents have been served and the parties is still non-complaint.
Note:
- Additional postage charges are applicable to the above cost
- The services will be rendered for initial letter of demand only
- The notice should only be used if you seriously intend to pursue the matter in court. It should not be used to harass or intimidate the other-side.
- You will be given copy of the service notice for first letter-of-demand and the final once which can be used in court by self-represented parties to prove that the document as been served
